Douro Valley, Portugal · November 6–10, 2026
Step into the slower rhythm of autumn in Portugal's Douro Valley. Harvest olives by hand, follow their journey from fruit to oil, and spend your days moving between the kitchen, the yoga mat, and the land — hosted in a 17th-century manor, limited to twelve guests.
This intimate gathering invites you to trade the pace of ordinary life for something older and quieter — hands in the soil, bread rising on the counter, breath moving with the body. By day, you'll harvest olives at the quinta and follow their journey through the mill, watching fruit become oil. By evening, the group gathers around the table for meals built from local flavors and Douro wines.
Between the harvest and the table, there is room to rest: daily yoga and wellness sessions with Gita Rohde, sourdough baking with Rica, and photography walks through the vineyard's changing light. It is a retreat built for presence — kept small, on purpose, at twelve guests.
